ITEMS THAT ARE UNAVAILABLE IN STORE

Christina Robert does not guarantee that we will find every item on your shopping list. This is due to factors such as your allocated shopping time,  the seasonal choices, and what is available in store on the day. If we can’t find an item you wish to purchase, then we will guide you on the best way to source it. If it is not available, and if time permits, we can guide you to a suitable alternative. On some occasions, an alternative may not be found on the day due to the store offerings.

SERVICE REFUNDS  & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after any services have been conducted, or 48 hours prior to your service starting. However, if you can no longer make your session at the scheduled time, you can reschedule your appointment with us at least three days prior to your session starting. If you have to reschedule after this time, a 30% percent rescheduling fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel your session with us, we will gladly refund your payment, minus a 30% appointment holding fee, if more than 72 hours notice is provided. If however, you are unable to make your appointment and fail to communicate your cancelation within the notice period, your service will not be refunded.

REBOOKING POLICY

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment with us but would like to reschedule, we will hold your payment. You must communicate your rebooking at least 72 hours prior to your appointment or a full appointment fee be charged.

PAYMENT

Please note that we do not accept cash nor do we accept payment on the day of your service.  Payment should be made via a direct transfer to the account details shown on the invoice.

No services will be conducted until your payment has been made in full. Please note that we do not accept cash for security reasons nor do we accept payment on the day of your service. Your service must be paid for at least three days prior to our session. We accept payment via bank transfer but are currently working on an online payment method suitable to your needs.
